Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. All returns must be authorized in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original, sealed packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

  • Personal and health care products (e.g., beauty, grooming, wellness)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders, monogrammed items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and sale/clearance items

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you. (Photos may be requested to help us assess the issue.)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you change your mind or no longer want an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a defect, leak, or shipping error, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email support@selllogic.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Packages returned without authorization or to the wrong address will be refused.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Replacements: If a replacement is requested and approved, it will be shipped out once the return is processed.
